Basic Herbs and Body Systems

This class is taught locally and is designed for the layman with little or no knowledge of herbs.  Each class segment will review the historical uses of single herbs or herbal combinations and an overview of the nine body systems and ways to feed each body system holistically, with an emphasis on conditions linked to deficiencies and how to restore balance in the body.  Classes will be continuous.  Take as little or as many as you like.  Cost:  $8.00 per class.  Handouts included.
